Return Policy

At California Waterproofing Supply we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

- All returns must include proof of purchase.

- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Returns may be subject to, among other potential charges, a restocking fee of up to 25%.

- Special order products are non refundable.

- Expired or close to expiration products will not be accepted.

- Returns are only accepted in-store.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it thoroughly. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
