Returns
- All returns must include proof of purchase.
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- All returns may be subject to, among other potential charges, a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Special order products are non refundable.
- Expired or close to expiration products will not be accepted.
- Returns are only accepted in-store.
- If the customer chooses to return material, they will be responsible for facilitating the shipment back to the warehouse it shipped from. We do not offer prepaid return labels. Upon receipt, CWS will inspect the returned item(s), and if the material meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it thoroughly. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
