Hybrid Roof Seal

A professional-grade hybrid roof coating available in either white, gray or tan. The high-performance formulation is solvent-free and non-flammable, making it safer to use, one part, moisture cure, easy to apply coating.

Uses: Provides outstanding water resistance, weatherproofing characteristics, and self-leveling properties and is crack bridging, non-shrinking, and non-cracking. It can be used for new construction or for roof patches and repairs to most common roofing materials.
